This database identifies those U.S. employers who have filed for H-1B visas in the past, or who have at least started the process by filing for the LCA. If you find an employer you are interested in, you can then contact them to inquire as to whether they have any current job openings in your field. I-130 in Japan
We submitted our I-130 on January 11th at the Embassy in Tokyo. At that time, this Adam Walsh Act was not in affect, and our I-130 was approved that day. We received an email one week later, stating that our I-130 petition must be re-approved by immigration in America. How long is this going to take? I have not received any information about the status of our petition. If anyone has any information on this, I would appreciate it.
The USCIS announced that Pending I-130s should not be refiled
